How it works

OUR PROCESS

STEP 1 : MAKING CONTACT

Tell me about your project! The more you tell me, the better I'll be able to support you. I always suggest that we get to know each other during a telephone meeting, during which I'll introduce you to my way of working and ask you about your wishes.

STEP 2 : FLORAL BOOK + QUOTATION

I create a complete floral inspiration file to help you plan the floral decoration of your event.

Ce document reprend point par point vos besoins et les éléments à fleurir. En parallèle, je prépare le devis chiffré correspondant au moodboard.

STEP 3 : PROJECT PRESENTATION

I always present your project to you, either face-to-face or by video, depending on our respective availabilities. This allows me to go into greater depth orally on what I've written in the file, and above all I attach great importance to presenting my work to you and getting your reaction. I'll send you an estimate by e-mail.

STEP 4 : PROJECT VALIDATION

Have I won you over? How wonderful! I'm looking forward to working with you on your wedding flowers. To confirm our collaboration, you must return the signed quote/contract to me, along with a deposit.

STEP 5 : ORDERING FLOWERS

Once the project has been validated, the quote signed and the deposit paid, I'll be able to order YOUR flowers a week before your event from my local florist, and complete the order if necessary from a wholesaler.

STEP 6 : REALIZATION

Two days before your event, my team and I take delivery of your flowers and start arranging them. On the big day, we deliver and install them at your event venue. If required, we can also create large decorations on site.

STEP 7 : DISASSEMBLY

Once the event is over, we can take care of dismantling and disposing of the waste generated by your event's flowers.

All you have to do is let us know when you draw up your quote, so that we can make the necessary arrangements!

STEP 8 : EVENT COMPLETED

I'd like to talk to you about your experience with me. I would like to receive the photo gallery of your event so that I can use the photos of my work. I would be grateful if you could share your experience by leaving me a review on my Google page.

Frequently asked questions

What's your price?

I don't offer standard rates. Each event is unique, and I offer made-to-measure floral decoration projects, which means made-to-measure rates.

Are you moving?

Absolutely, I can travel anywhere in France.
I have the particularity of having two workshops, one in central Alsace which allows me to flower events in the north of France and one in the Hautes Alpes which allows me to flower the south of France.

Travel expenses are systematically included in the quote, depending on the distance between one of the workshops and your event location.

For distances over 200km, accommodation and meals are added to the travel costs.

Do you work in a team?

Yes, I call on a team of florists to accompany me on all events. My role is to imagine and coordinate your floral decorations.

Do you work in collaboration with other professionals?

It's not my vocation to be a wedding planner, but I have forged strong professional links with other players in the event industry.
